Replacing RWB2

I’ve got an old Glow-worm Mastermind RWB2 which uses the industry standard back plate. Boiler is a Worcester Danesmoor 20/25 oil boiler. Room stat is a Honeywell T6620B. I can only see one 2 port valve in the airing cupboard, and for the heating to come on, the hot water must be on too. I believe it’s gravity fed. Would Tado work with my setup?
