2 Heating zones in one house

We have a 2 heating zones in one house with thermostaat model Vitotrol 300 en Vitotrol 200. I have now 2 smart Tado termostats en I wil to instal but I have a problem. Vitotrol 200 work on Heating circuit 1 en Vitotrol 300 on heating circuit 2.
With Heating circuit 1 I dont have a problem but whnen I folow the instalation steps for circuit 2 on my second smart tado termostat I am coming to this message: Please go back and select heating circuit 1. If you would like to control heating circuit 2 or 3, please send email to: installation@tado.com.
Please, do you have any sugestion for my problem?
