Heating won't trigger

Hey everyone
Can you help with this? I have no grey wire to attach to the "NO" switch. 2 brown live and 2 blue neutral along with 2 green/yellow
I can get the power on but nothing triggers the boiler to fire it's a combi boiler also.
Side note I think I broke my boiler anyway as it won't get power anymore :(
