Worcester greenstar 30si combi boiler

I have a Worcester greenstar 30si combi boiler. I successfully installed the starter kit-wireless smart thermostat v3 (including Programmer with hot water control) to my boiler after going through the clear instructions provide on the app. The thermostat for heating is working completely fine. But I cannot control the water through the app. The boiler instruction says that for a combi boilers configuration should be single relay. Just wanted to check if hot water function do not work on combi boiler? Any suggestions or comments?
