Did I get this right

New build house here, old setup:
Honeywell T3 (Wired) in Hallway
Honeywell T3 (Wired) in Master Bedroom
ThermaQ TQX0027
Ideal H24 Boiler

What I noticed with the existing system is that:
The Honeywell T3's controlled the valves to allow the radiators to warm up
The ThermaQ TQX0027 really only controlled the hot water; nothing to do with the radiators
So... I bought the Wired Tado Starter Kit + additional wired Tado + TRV's (one for each room)
I've wired up the Tado both in the hallway and the master bedroom as follows (the bridge is also installed).

The system appears to be working, however, I've noticed that the TRV's will only fire up if the wired thermostats are fired up. So for example, if I want my office to be 21c but the master bedroom is 18, it doesn't warm up. So I have to turn the master bedroom to 21, for the office to become 21.
From reading online and some other posts such as this one:

I plan to wire this in place of the ThermaQ TQX0027 ... so as I understand it, basically that will give me the hot water control (although that is always on as have a hot water cylinder), but this will allow the wired Tado to become "wireless" and zonal controls ...
Am I on the right track here?

I would have a look at that thread you linked to again, it sounds like there’s an issue with your zone controller settings as with that one. If you’re happy not having Tado control hot water then you can stick with your current system. If you want hot water control you need a wireless receiver.
BTW there are tado manuals available online with wiring instructions, just google ‘tado wireless receiver manual’ (for example) or I think they can be accessed through the Tado pro app.1 -
OMG ... I feel like a dumba$$ now ...
I kept looking for the zone controller and couldn't find it .... turns out I just needed to click the room ....
