Keep getting "http failure response for" error message

For last few days I keep getting this error message every time I change anything on my app or even when checking heating history for each room.

Http failure response for https://my.tado.com/api/v2/homes/935743/mobileDevices/8134771/metadata?ngsw-bypass=true: 422 OK

This message changes with .../zoneV2/xx - where xx changes depending on room I'm checking.

  • I've seen this a few times so far during this heating season - not sure where this problem is coming from but either Tado need to fix the app, or fix their back-end systems!

    I've had that same message a few times on my tablet which has the App......but the tablet is not included as a second user.....my phone App is the only "user" within my tado App account......sometimes when I open the App on my tablet, I get that error message......could it be the reason that the App decides to produce the error message.
  • @GrayDav4276 I don't think so as I only have 1 app on my phone (only 1 user set in account). I've only recently tried using web control and this seams to be working just fine without any errors. I've already tried to clear cache, data, reinstall app on phone and all to no success.

  • That's completely fine. I'm just trying to answer to your suggestion just in case if someone else has the same problem just to show that it doesn't solve my issue.
