Valve is always open
Hello dear community, I am new to smart heating system but tado had best reviews and the system is very great, I have installed two Tado Basic valves and 1 works just fine, but today I installed the second one and the heat is comming even when its turned off. I don't know if the problem is in the radiator or in the Tado valve. The radiators should be same, which is very strange that only one have this problem. I will be very very grateful for any tips/help! Thank sou in advance.

Far too many possibilities to make a sensible comment. You’ll need to provide information about your heating and hw system, valves, controls, wiring, etc, etc.
