Spare wires swapping out Honeywell ST699

Hi,
I am preparing the wiring to swap over my Honeywell ST699 timer for the tado extension. The instructions asks if there are any bridges which I believe there are 2: 8 COM to 5 COM and also 5 COM to LIVE.
The suggested wiring was then:
N - N
L - L
CH COM - Nothing
CH NC - Possible 4
CH NO - 3
HW COM - Nothing
HW NC - Possible 7
HW NO - 6
<symbol> - Nothing
P1 - Nothing
P2 - Nothing
This would leave spare wires from Honeywell's 5 (CH COM) and 8 (HW COM). What should I do? Any help much appreciated - I am cold :)
