App says my TRV is in error, but TRV does not show me error message

I'm just trying to configure my first Tado TRV. The app (the PC based one) tells me that the device is in error, but the device itself is not showing me any error message (spanner). How do I find out what the problem is? Do I have to do something to the TRV to get it to show me its error message? Can the app tell me what the problem is? Or what?

Presumably the TRV has successfully paired with the bridge ?

It said it had. The app says "connected".
