Boiler not firing

Tado was in place when we moved in. I’m not a pro with tech. I’m having an issue where the smart thermostat is calling for heat but the boiler isn’t firing. When I turn on the hot water in tado the boiler fires. Sometimes it then activates the radiators. Others it doesn’t. I’ve tried to contact tado but getting no help. We have a 1 year old so any help would be really appreciated.

@Amro_16 In order to help, please post more details of your heating system. Boiler, zone valves, s-plan or y-plan, Tado devices etc. pictures can help.
If this was a previously working system, with zone valves (s-plan or y-plan) that control when the boiler fires-up, my suspicion would start with the zone valves, not Tado. I’ve had to replace these in family properties, some after 6 months or some after 20 years.
