Hello, yesterday I bought the Tado system, connected it, installed the applications, everything worked today, I can't access the applications, when logging in it shows an error, please help, thank you

? maybe typo issues?

has spaces in it - may because of the cut 'n paste?
Just use https://app.tado.com/en/account/loginas the start point
