Internet bridge not working ALL lights blinking

Can anyone help please? Maybe the internet bridge is broken? All 4 lights are continually blinking now and the device is offline. Power, router, cloud and pairing lights blinking.
Router has been rebooted. Internet Bridge has been rebooted. Have tried different power and ethernet cables, but always the same.
It was working until earlier today. Not sure what caused it to stop working.
The system is only about a month old.
