Help with temperature control on TRV radiators

Hi,

I'm looking for some guidance on my heating controls. I have 7 radiators of which 5 of them have TRVs. I seem to have issues with temperature controls across various rooms, I appreciate that the app will show a higher temperature of a couple of degrees, but it just seems like some rooms do not turn off once hit set temperature. For example I've set one room to 20 but it has risen to 25 and does not turn off.
