Heat request not being sent to heater

I have an Ariston Clas B Premium Evo Heater, and I bought a wireless Tado (v3+) starter kit for it. I replaced an old relay thermostat with it, and I wired it to use the Ariston bus system (BridgeNet), so the wireless receivers Digital - goes into the Heater's T, Digital + goes into the Heater's B connector.
K configured the thermostat to use the D57 configuration. I tested it, set the temp to the maximum (25 C), the Heater started heating, then I set the temp to much lower, like 15, and the Heater stopped heating a few seconds later.
Now, however, the heater doesn't start the heating, even if I set the temperature to the maximum. The room temp is 19 C, the temp on the thermostat is 21, the app is showing 3 flames, but the wireless receiver doesn't light on the "heat request" symbol and indeed the heater is not heating either.
What am I missing? What might've happened?
