Wireless Receiver Device Error LED - permanently on - meaning?

Two mornings now no heating or HW.

I will post separately re that issue, but having each time managed to power cycle/reset/re-pair it is working but my wireless receiver has the Device Error LED permanently on, not blinking.

I cannot see any reference to this being solid and not blinking.

Am contacting support as we have a daily failure of CH/HW but anyone any idea what this means, aside that something is badly wrong...?
