Two things . . .

(i) I am being bludgeoned with emails from tado offering refurbished devices. Nothing wrong with them I know as I’ve purchased some in the past but it does suggest a massive number of new products is being returned by disgruntled customers.
(ii) This forum is being “invaded” with ever more spam posts, I presume no one moderates it any more so how long before it becomes unusable?

Very valid points and no answer coming from me, I'm afraid. Really troubles me to note, for example, that tado is a recommended supplier by WHICH among others which goes someway to explain the reasons behind your para 1 but says something about the lack of depth in deciding who is gets recommendations!
