The wireless receiver keeps going 'off line' 6 times in last 3 days, the bridge has 3 steady lights ok, and I can communicate with the room stat. Distance between bridge and receiver has been the same for at least 18 months. Is the receiver faulty? How can I check it?

tado's first response will likely be improve the signal path between the two devices bymaovingone or other of them. I too suffered repeated, but inconsistent, receiver drop outs. At their request I sent pictures of the locations of the bridge and the receiver.
In the end I moved the latter nearer the bridge. It was a bit of a faff but has improved things but I still get the occasional loss of connection . . .
