Hello,

Does TADo have a phone number in UK ? My smart thermostat sensor is not working (I had the smart TADO installed last week). I talked with someone in the chat and they told me that they will open a case as everything tried on the sensor did not work. I had a professional install the thermostat after receiving a discount from OVO. I have not received any email about the case being opened and so on. Should I be doing anything here ? I am leaving the country tomorrow and my friend will stay in my flat for some time - how do i get a TADO engineer to come and fix the thing.
