Tado Cloud down?

All my devices lost their connection at 12:58 pm on 17 Jan 2024.

The apps on my iPad and iPhone are unable to connect to the cloud. I cannot control anything from my online account because none of the system is connected to anything.

    If this happens it’s worth visiting a site such as “Down Detector” to see if there’s a known problem . . .
