TRV adapter not quite right?

Installed two TRvs today for first time and odd issue. Both are up and running but at a lean :/
One of the adapters screwed on ok but then ended up at an angle… so not the whole trv is at an angle. But they are working.
The thread on the adapter and the radiator pipe match so I’m confused!
