Radiator valve periodically goes offline

For a couple of months now one of my Tado radiator thermostat valves keeps going off line for anything between 30 minutes and 4 hours. Does anyone have any idea(s) as to what my problem might be. Please note I use rechargeable batteries and I have already tried recharging them to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.

    It’s losing contact with the bridge, unfortunately tado uses very weak radio signal and all you can do is try moving the bridge to improve this . . .
