Connecting existing wiring

Options

We have a Grant Engineering external oil-fired boiler for our central heating and hot water (there is a hot water cylinder in an upstairs cupboard). There is a wired Flash Immermat timer clock which operates the central heating and hot water together - either they are both on or off. However, we can use a separate electric immersion heater to heat the water when the central heating is off. There are no thermostats.

We would like to replace the existing set up with a smart wireless system and have been advised that the tado Wireless Starter Kit V3+ would be a good option. However, there are 4 wires connected to the timer clock; live in, neutral in, neutral out, live out. I’m struggling to understand how these 4 wires connect to the tado receiver? Any advice appreciated, thanks.
