Hot water and Heating are coming on together

Hi,

I just installed my starter kit and I think that something is not right.

When the heating comes on, the hot water light comes on at the same time so it appears that hot water is running at the same time and central heating. In the APP the hot water is not showing as being on.

The hot water does not appear to be able to function independently of the central heating

It's a gravity fed system.

    @Steve10 I had the same issue, when I installed my system just over a year ago. It's a configuration issue. Contact Tado and they will configure your system remotely. My system has been working ever since.
