Switched to hybrid with tado but still often gas heating used

on jan 18th 2024 we got a Hybrid heater installed. Before we uses tado for about two years and worked fine

We now have an Remeha Tzerra 39c (gas heater) and a Remeha Elga Ace 4k.

The total gas consumption has dropped down but whenever the living or kitchen request heat the whole system goes into max heating including the gas heater.

When the hallway requests heat the hybrid solution seems to work, the gas heater is not used to warm the hallway.

What I also notice is that for the living room (set to 20.5 degrees) the heat request starts at roughly 20 degrees.. and stops when it reaches over 21 degrees.

Is it that the tado is till "used" to the gas heater? Even tho i told the app we have an Elga Ace installed?

What can I change to not have the gas heater go on so often?

A new Tado account appears to learn the home behaviour and settles down to usage settings after a short time. If you have swapped to a different heating system, it’s likely that it’s still following the old rules. Other than ‘different’, no experience to suggest what could happen, or when, after your change.
