Smart TRV display

Just bought 5 smart TRVs. All of them connected and calibrated ok.
On 4 of them the display on the trv changes when I adjust temp on the app. One of them doesn't. I think it's working ok. I even tried swapping TRVs. Fault stays with the same radiator.
Any reason why that radiator would cause an issue ?

Not correctly calibrated? Out of range with the bridge? Pin stuck on valve body ?0

Is 'Dazzle Mode' turned off for that room?
