New wired installation heating always on

Good afternoon

I have today had the wired tado thermostat fitted by an electrician.

The app says off
The thermostat says off
The heating is most definitely on.

It appears a fault that's been widely experienced

I've turned the boiler off
Turned it to water only(rads cold)

As soon as I turn the boiler setting back to radiator and water

Bingo all off heat merrily blasting through.

Any help gratefully recieved

Installation is incorrect.....get the electrician back and get him to follow the tado Installation instructions.
