newly installed - not working

I have just had a tado thermostat and 4 radiator valves installed, they are all connected in the app - however I don't seem to be able to get the radiators to come on when I want, I have put the thermostat in the sitting room, where there are 2 radiators fitted with smart valves - are they fighting each other temperature wise

    Please give some more information on your system. Boiler type, connection from Tado - relay or opentherm

    Sounds like you have a wireless thermostat plus 4 radiator valves but there should also be something to switch on the heating. Do you also have a wireless receiver replacing the old programmer?

    Regarding the thermostat and radiator valves in the same room. These should be grouped so all devices appear under one room. The thermostat should be the measuring device as it's the most accurate.
