1.02.24 app on 18 degrees inside the house 21 degrees keeps heating .went to the receiver hit it very hard and relay goes off .Faulty stuff go for NEST

    Or, get Tado to replace it if it's faulty ...

    Very unlikely that Tado make the relays and it could be the exact same type fitted in NEST so there's no guarantee you'll get more reliability from switching
