Hi!

I'm thinking on installing those new IKEA sensors to have a reliable system. They have quite a good price. Has anyone have experiences with them?

I find quite annoying the open window detection system of Tado. It hardly works and when it does it should keep the valves off as long as the window is open, not only for a predefined time of the app...

    Tado's "Open Window Detection" has absolutely nothing to do with an actual window......and I can't see any way that tado could/will incorporate a 3rd party sensor into their system.
    Never gonna happen.

    The question wasn't about whether Tado will incorporate 3rd party sensors but about if somebody has experience with them and automating it via Google Home, Home Assistant or any other system.

    It would be great to read opinions of users that already tried that.

    Sorry...but you only mention tado and IKEA sensors.......no mention about other automation systems.....silly me 🤔
