Tado isn’t heating up any radiator

My Tado system has been working fine for a number of months. Suddenly, it’s stopped working but the app seems to think everything is fine.
- I can hear the thermostats moving and the app says “heating” but nothing is happening.
- Ive checked the boiler (we are getting hot water fine)
- I’ve reset both the Wireless receiver and internet bridge (disconnected and restarted, but ominously the app still said it was connected)
I have a one year old baby and having no heat is not an option.
Tado are not responding!!

Been having the same problem- Tado keeps saying it’s our wiring. Had an electrician come out twice for hours and can’t figure out what’s wrong. Hasn’t happened for about a month- but all our heating is off again tonight…0
