App doesn't load

Down Detector (https://downdetector.co.uk/status/tado/) is showing issues starting at around 7.30 but the Tado status page (https://tado.statuspage.io/) stating no issues

    Also getting no service message in the app. Will they fix it if their website is showing there is no issue?

    Same here. The status page just updated with the Outage information. Hope it gets fixed soon.
