Hi, had tado 3 months. The room keeps being offline which switches the heating on. I am getting woke up at 3 in the morning with the heating on. The problem is the WR keeps losing connection with the bridge it seems. I have good fibre broadband so that isn't an issue. The WR is only 13 metres away from the bridge. The bridge is not next to the router. All 3 lights remain constant on the bridge. Any other idea's please. I think the WR is faulty.

    Are there any obstructions between the two (walls etc)? Can you move the bridge to a better position ? Or can you relocate the wireless receiver to a better position by extending its cables? Doing that has transformed the performance of my tadoº system . . .
