I have hot water but my heating system (radiators) doesn't come on

I have hot water but my heating system doesn't come on even when I press boost heating! Also I hv both the heating and water lights on on the wireless receiver. Can somebody advise pls?

    You need to give some more details about your installation, S Plan, Y Plan, was it working previously. Very often such difficulties prove to be wiring issues . . .

    I had the same issue when I installed the system over a year ago. You will need to contact Tado support, who will download a configuration to your device.
