If the bridge is still connected to the router you may be able to achieve manual control of TRVs and stats as the tadoº devices communicate with their own LoPan frequency. You will not have access to the cloud based schedule however . . .

tado doesn't use wifi. Connection required is ethernet to bridge. To quote:

You need an internet connection to control your heating system with tado°, however you can't use Wi-Fi to do so. Instead, you need to plug the Internet Bridge directly into the router using an Ethernet cable.
