Poss to default to rad off if TRV loses connection ?

My kitchen TRVs has a poor connection due to a few walls between it and the bridge. And it keeps demanding heat if it was on when it loses connection.

I have 7x rads with TRVs and 3x rads without and 1x thermostat, so it's too hot at night when this happens.

Can we make it so that when a TRV loses connection it switches the radiator off ?

Alternatively is there a global 'heating off' I can hit on the phone instead of having to get out of bed and manually set the errant TRV to off ?

We use a old manual TRV in the room that is beyond the connection range. The other possible answer is to try an additional wireless room stat?
