My Tado TRV fault

MyTRV will not activate the motor
Only see the display temp change
no fault codes showing.
Recently installed was working fine.

    Sounds like it’s either not fitted correctly on the valve or a faulty TRV. Can you swap the TRV with another TRV to check if the fault follows the TRV? If it’s faulty, can you return the TRV to the vendor for replacement?
