App keeps crashing and removing all devices -help

Recently had tado system installed , no radiator values. At least once every 24hrs the app removes all the devices and we have to reinstall?? This is on two mobile phones one android and one apple. Anyone else had/having the same problem? any suggested solutions ?

    I think you need to contact Tado support for this.

    Who did the install? An installer or yourselves? If an installer, I wonder if they're removing the devices thinking they shouldn't be on their account?

    Can you check the users assigned to your account to see if there's anyone else in the list. You can see this in Settings -> People
