Hot water disappeared form app and can’t override.

Hi. I have had many problems with the system in the year I have had it but I wondered if anyone could help with this one as it is quite urgent. I have no hot water and no way of switching it on. The app has lost its hot water button and the box won’t allow me to manually override. I have contacted TADO and await a response. Thank you to anyone who can try and help!

You scan the bridge with it and you can add water control back through it.

Thanks. But I can’t find the TADO Po app at the App Store.

I found it I think. TADO Professional. Scanned the bridge. It says all is connected. I see where to add hot water in though. Is there a setting? Thanks for your help.

it's called tado for installers or something, i just type tado and it should show up in the results. It has a grey icon.

Yeah I got it now thanks. Can’t see how to add HW.

Ha. I think I fixed it. I found the installed manual on that app you recommended and went through the set up for the thermostats. Switched HW on and the button has reappeared in the app. Thanks so much.
