My tado radiatorknob went offline now it is nott powering up

My radiator knob became offline. I tought it has a dead battery. Changed the batteries but never get a HI message. I tried different batteries but nothing changed.

    One of mine did that after four years. Needed to replace it. I tried to clean the contacts first and that helped for a few months.
