Adding one TRV

Options

I am at home most of the time, and can therefore control the heating myself well enough usually.

However, in January, I take my 2 week vacation. During this time, I want to ensure the temperature in my conservatory does not drop below a certain temperature (its full of house plants!).

The best way I can see of doing this is to add a single Smart TRV to the radiator in the conservatory.

The rest of the house is well insulated enough for the manual TRVs to be set low or off.

I already have Tado Wired Thermostats on both zones in the house and those now directly control the boiler as the old Controller is set to "constant" effectively taking it out of line.

My question is, will this work? Can the Tado Smart TRV override the Wired Thermostats and call for heat when the temperature drops below a certain set temperature (if I set the Wired Thermostats to Frost Protect for example)?
