I think the open window detection control could be improved by checking say every hour to check if the situation has been rectified. If the cool air influx has gone at that point then put the STRV back to normal automatically.

Open Window Detection functions similarly to what you've described above with Auto-Assist. That is to say, it automatically turns on or off when sudden temperature changes occur.
It's true, however, that without Auto-Assist, the feature needs to be activated/deactivated manually.
As Open Window Detection is one of tado°'s prized features, I am happy to add your suggestion to our product-planning agenda alongside data gathered via targeted studies.0 -
