Hello,

In my house I have installed 11 Smart Radiator Thermostats. Three of them every day change by themselves the offset temperature. I set the offset temperature to 0, and the day after I found 6 or 7 or other value…. Is it possible to disable it. The Smart Radiator Thermostats are connected to Home assistant by the official app and driven from there.

    I stand to be corrected but I cannot see how any offset can be changed other than through the appropriate software i.e. the app. It therefore, suggests that Home Assistant might be triggering it?

    I can't see how the stand-alone Tado app is changing the temperature offset? We have an offset in one room, for a long time and it's never changed. That leaves the question for Home Assistant ?
