    I had the same thing today. Did you get a reply yet? I booked the afternoon off work for the delivery and to install it but now I'm stuck waiting

    I figured this out, I hadn't registered my thermostat yet just the extension. When you register the thermostat you will get options to choose your current setup and then a message saying they are preparing your instructions. On another screen it says they normally send them within 48 hours
