Central heating and hot water do not appear to be working/connected
I installed under floor heating thermostats they appear to be working as expected. However after installing 5 radiator thermostats and calibrating them they do not work. There are no faults reported and everything is connected and at 100%. When I switch on the hot water the wireless receiver light comes on as does the central heating light. I don’t know how the receiver communicates with the boiler, but I suspect this is the problem. I turn on a radiator thermostat it gives a satisfactory noise and displays that it is increasing temperature with a hand pointing up but the radiator remains cold. Anybody got any ideas?

You are right,Tado ran tests and confirmed it was a configuration issue which they sorted it out from there end and everything works fine now. Thank you for your interest.0

Can you provide some more details about your system. Especially important is to know how you've wired it up as I'm assume each underfloor heating thermostat is a wired thermostat leading back to a zone valve?
If you're using Tado to manage your underfloor heating, how are you ensuring the floors don't get too hot since Tado only has air sensors?

My under floor heating is provided by water. The Tado app only allows up to 25%. My system never seems to be hot to touch only warm under foot. I am talking to Tado, and I think it is a wiring issue.0

@dandydave this sounds most like a wiring issue.
