What to do with old wireless thermostat?

Old Receiver/Programmer: Drayton LP722

Old Thermostat: Neomitis RT7RF

I've just completed the installation using the Tado guide on the app, and replace the Drayton LP722 with Tado Wireless Receiver.

Only after installation did I notice that the boiler also had a wireless thermostat. Can I just leave this? Is there anything from here that needs to be wired onto the Tado Wireless Receiver as well.

Update: I decomissioned the Old Thermostat and the Tado Wireless Receiver no longer powers on. Any ideas?

    @fritzpanaligan This sounds like a wiring issue. With a Tado 'wireless starter kit', in principle, the Tado wireless receiver would replace the old Drayton LP722 dual channel programmer.

    From the Drayton documentation: https://www.draytoncontrols.co.uk/sites/default/files/legacy/UG.%20IG.%20LP112_1.pdf The programmer will usually have L N E on 1 2 and 3. The other connections depend upon you type of heating system - S-Plan Y-Plan or Gravity HW. E.g. S-Plan:

    What make/model was your old thermostat? The wiring will usually be bridged (with a Wago conector from the Tado kit) )to always "call for heat". Mis-wiring will often blow the 3A fuse in the switched mains isolator to the boiler and programmert.

    Posting further details of you setup and wiring, with pictures, may allows users to help.
