Spareparts for Tado Smart Radiator Thermostat

Tado Smart Radiator Thermostat is delivered together with a set of plastic adapters to fit different Radiator valves.

I use the Danfoss RAVL adapter.

This adapter has now been broken 3 times.

Tado do not sell the adapters seperately, and they can not tell me where to buy them,

So I have now had to buy 3 set Smart Radiator Thermostat, just to get the broken plastic adapter.

Tado claim they have no responsability for the production and quality of these adapters, but I think Tado should step up and do something about it.

I suggest they make sure you can buy these adapters as spareparts, and make sure you can buy them, where you buy your other ado stuff.

I also suggest they talk to the manufacturer about the bad quality of the adapter.

It is Tado support who recommended me to write here.
