Tado Internet Bridge wont connect

Just changed WiFi to Virgin (hub 5) the the Tado internet bridge will not connect despite several resets. The pairing light flashes on the bridge but nothing else happens. It worked so easily on the old router as well 😥

Any suggestions?

@Skiies Hello. It's possible that the Tado Internet dongle won't work with some routers. Also, some routers don't supply continuous USB power. Two options.:

1. Connect an ethernet switch to the Virgin router and plug the dongle into the ethernet switch (and an external power block).

2. Use a wifi extender with an ethernet port and plug the dongle into the ethernet port of the wifi extender (and external power block). Our rellie with Virgin ISP uses a cheap TP-Link extender with the Tado dongle.
