Has Crowdstrike affected Tado?

The tado app on my phone suddenly stopped recognising my tado sensor. It is shown as "Offline". Is this related to the Crowd strike/Microsoft problem? Do I need to do anything, or will it be resolved by tado themselves? Thanks.

    tado° hasn't been affected as far as I am aware.

    Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply. I am in East Sussex, UK. Therefore it sounds like I have a local problem, which I'll have to look into. John

    Thanks for your further response Steve. I investigated my system yesterday, and noticed that the Internet Bridge had no lights on. I then found that it had no five volt power coming to it, and so replaced the Tado wallwart with a Belkin supply I had. The system sprung back into life!! I contacted Tado, and I think they are going to supply me with a replacement, although my query has been transferred to a different department. My system is nine months old, and it carries a two year warranty, so it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks, John.
