App Failure

Hi, this morning the app failed to show any thermostat devices and seems to be useless. This is after a mail was sent confirming the offline schedule had been activated.

Any clues, don’t want to delete the app and start again.

    Hello @Sherman111

    I had a look at your app through our backend. Everything seems to be working from my side.
    tado° also hasn't recorded any downtime.
    I would suggest closing the app and waiting a few minutes.
    If you need to access your Home to change settings while you wait, you can do so at app.tado.com

    Btw, I doubt this is related to Offline Schedule. We've activated it in 300+ homes so far and haven't received complaints about the app failing afterwards.

    Further, I have reset iPhone again and the app is back working. Many thanks for your concern. Regards

    Hi Emcee, I have attached a photo of the app it shows the blanked out rooms . I have waited for sometime between looking at the app but it hasn’t changed.

  • Okay, doing further research and looking at my iPad the app is working fine so it’s the phone which has the problem. I have rebooted it twice but the app remains the the photo shown. Any ideas? Regards,
