Boiler does not switch off sometimes.
I have 12 smart tado TRVs and 1 room stat.
If I use the app to switch everything off all the tiles go grey (frost protection) but the boiler stays on and is heating the pipes and 2 towel rails that are not controlled by Tado TRVs.
If I use the app to switch everything off it does not always switch the boiler off. Is this normal? Why does the boiler keep running?
If I switch off the power to the boiler and switch it on again the boiler stays off.

This could be an issue with tado° or with a faulty valve actuator.
You can perform a preliminary test to determine which is more likely (I know you said you already did something similar, but please try again following these instructions to the letter).
Do the following while your boiler is turned ON:- Switch OFF the mains power.
Remove the cover of your Wireless Receiver. Note: Never touch exposed wires if the power is ON.
- Move the wire in CH NO to P1.
- Switch the power back ON.
If your boiler stays OFF, please contact tado° support via chat with the exact time and date when you did the above, to allow them to further investigate and help solve the problem.
If your boiler turns ON again, please ask your heating engineer to check your heating system, as the issue is not with tado°.
